UN GRAND MERCI AU NATIONAL LIBERTY MUSEUM DE PHILADELPHIE AUX USA QUI SELECTIONNE UNE SECONDE FOIS L'UNE DE MES OEUVRES. CETTE ANNEE, IL S'AGIT D'UNE GRANDE PEINTURE D'1M60/1M30 POUR UNE EXPOSITION ENGAGEE DU 18 JUIN AU 7 NOVEMBRE 2021 !!! ET VOILA NOUS SOMMES 35 ARTISTES DU MONDE ENTIER SELECTIONNES.

J'AI CHOISI DE PARLER DU RACISME ANTI-NOIR DE VENISE A NEW-YORK ET AI CREE UNE TOILE D'1M60/1M30 cm, EN LIEN AVEC UN EVENEMENT PASSE SENSIBLE.

MALHEUREUSEMENT MA TOILE N'EST VRAIMENT PAS TERRIBLE EN PHOTO !!! ALORS JE VOUS EN PARTAGE AUSSI UN PETIT FILM DU TRAVAIL EN COURS DE REALISATION. MAIS ELLE EST BEAUCOUP MIEUX EN VRAI. JE L'AIME BEAUCOUP (JE NE DIS PAS SOUVENT CELA DE MES TOILES), CAR ELLE EST VRAIMENT AU CARREFOUR DE L'EMOTION, DE L'IDEE ET DE L'ESTHETIQUE EXPRESSIVE.

J'AI VRAIMENT LE SENTIMENT QU'ELLE VA ME PORTER CHANCE ET JE VOUS EN DIRAI PLUS PROCHAINEMENT. SACHEZ QUE J'AI UNE NOTICE DE DEUX PAGES A REDIGER ET AI PARLE AUSSI DE MES INFLUENCES ACTUELLES PROUSTIENNES.

TRES EMUE DE VOIR MES REVES SE REALISER EN RESTANT MOI-MEME.

UN TRES GRAND MERCI A MES CHERS VOISINS QUI M'ONT ACCOMPAGNEE DANS MES VAGUES A L'AME ET MES DOUTES. MERCI A MON ELEVE BEATRICE POUR LES PHOTOS !! MERCI VRAIMENT A TOUS ! ET MERCI A CEUX QUI M'ONT FAIT CONFIANCE ARTISTIQUEMENT PARLANT !!

MA PEINTURE SE RETROUVERA AUSSI AUX COTES D'AUTRES TRES ENGAGEES, SANS CENSURE. PEUT-ETRE SUIS-JE LA SEULE ARTISTE EXPRIMANT AUSSI SA FOI. JE DOIS ACCEPTER TOUTES LES DIFFERENCES ET DIALOGUER AVEC TOUS POUR AVANCER.

Caretoons 2021
As a companion piece to Graphic Content, the NLM is bringing back select pieces from Caretoons, a popular annual exhibition/competition that ran from 2005-2010. In creating Caretoons, the NLM wanted to design an exhibition that used the powerful artform of cartooning to celebrate diversity, inclusion, liberty, and freedom. Through drawings submitted by children, as well as amateur and professional artists from around the world, the images in Caretoons grapple with contemporary issues through the approachable lens of cartoons and graphic art.

Ma peinture BLACK IS A COLOUR S'ENVOLE POUR 5 MOIS A PHILADELPHIE (USA) !!!

J'ai redécouvert cette très profonde chanson de Bruce Springsteen que j'avais complètement oubliée et qui nous montre que presque 30 ans après les choses n'ont pas changé à Kensington Avenue (voir vidéo suivante bouleversante).
